If you need a place to stop and take a small break between Neily and Golfito, make sure you get off the bus at Río Claro. The small town is at the junction of Carratera Interamericana and Route 14 and is more like a major intersection that you might see in the United States than a town. There are some hotels, sodas and a gas station, so if you’re driving you’ll want to stop here to fill up your tank and rest. There is also a Paradise Tropical Garden that houses hundreds of beautiful flowers, trees and plants.
