The Sierra de la Laguna is a mountain range on the Baja California Peninsula of Mexico. It lies at the southern end of the peninsula in the state of Baja California Sur. It's a big attraction for the hardiest of hikers and there are three major trails across heading from east to west. The first is Cañón San Dionisio which begins about 25km west of Santiago, then there's Cañón San Bernado, which lies west of Miraflores and finally Cañón San Pedro, 10km south of Santiago. It's no walk in the park, the land is uneven and treacherous in places so it's not a hike for beginners.
