Pachuca is the capital of the Mexican state of Hidalgo. It is located in the south-central part of the state. It's not much of a tourist city, but there are a few things to see.

Tourist Offices
The main tourist information office is on Avenida Revolución, 1300. There is also a small info kiosk inside the clock tower.

Sightseeing
Go on a trolley tour around town, they run from Wednesday to Sunday, every hour, from the west end of the plaza.

Getting there
There are daily buses from Mexico City, Tampico and Poza Ricoa, there are also frequent buses from Tula, Tulancingo Querétaro, Huejutla de Reyes and Tamazunchale.
