This set of towns is also known as the “Little Plateau of Towns”, simply because of the way it looks. It is completely white, due to the construction of the houses and buildings from the chalky, pale volcanic material. Even the road looks white. However, it is not for this reason that these places are well known. The surrounding jungles are extremely beautiful, the events that take place here are unique and the legends and myths tell very colourful tales. They are all famous for their handicrafts; each town has its own. One for handcrafted ceramics, the other for wooden furniture, and another for fresh flowers.
