This is another popular beach in Isla Bastimentos, which is on the northern side. Having a beautiful and popular stretch of sand here, this beach is really worth visiting. However, it takes some effort to get there due to the impassably bad trails, especially on rainy days. If you don’t want to walk, then take the boats from Bocas instead. One of the most notable things around the edge of the beach, when you first arrive is the unique red frog, which is a native of this region and provides the beach with its name. Some places to hang out here include the Red Frog Beach Bar and the Magic Bay, known for kayaking.
