Nalunega in the Kuna language means red snapper island and the island is inhabited by mostly fishermen, who leave to catch fish as the first ray of sunlight hits the town. It is situated south of El Porvenir and has a well maintained and clean shoreline. There are no beaches on this island. You can either snorkel near the shore or enjoy a nice fruit cocktail in your beach hut.
