Isla Taboga, Panama, is an island in the Gulf of Panama. It is a tourist destination, about 20 kilometres from Panama City. Known as the island of flowers, it is the site of the oldest church in the new world. Taboga has been famous for its beautiful beaches with cool, crystal clear waters and soft sands. The island contains the small town of Taboga, as well as several beaches.

There is an ANAM office at the east end of the pier that can give you some helpful information.

Getting there
There are ferries to Taboga from pier 19 in Panama City.
