Llachón is a pretty, peaceful, and traditional farming village. It is located at the eastern end of the Peninsula de Capachica, and of late has become the darling of tour operators, who lure tourists there to show them the Peruvian community life. Pre-Inca period terracing, sandy, clean and relaxing beaches, tall trees, and pretty flowers dot the landscape of this village making it an inviting and charming place for a serene holiday - away from all visible signs of commercialism. The locals welcome tourists with a garland made from cantuta flowers and you will then be invited to share in the local traditions.
