Parque Nacional Cerro El Copey is an ideal location for those of you who have a car and want to beat the crowds.
Located south-west of La Asunción, the park provides a fresh climate, an alternative option to the beaches and their heat.
You enter the park through an old undulating road, which runs through cool, shaded, scented forestland before going down hill to El Valle on the other side.
