Agato is an indigenous village between Peguche and Lago San Pablo, it is famous for its weavers and you can visit their workshops. There are various ways to get to this village, buses leave from Otavalo terminal or a taxi will cost $4. Several agencies offer tours which are not much more expensive, with a group and including a guide.
