It may suit commuting or everyday listening where staying aware of nearby sounds is part of the appeal.
It also fits buyers who can work within seven hours per charge and value the case's up-to-28-hour listening total. A five-minute top-up is useful when a short charging window is all that is available.
Who should skip it

Consider another fit if you need more than seven hours of listening before using the charging case.
SHOKZ OpenFit: What the Open-Ear Design Means
Open ears and situational awareness
The open-ear format is the defining buying decision. It lets audio and surrounding sounds be heard at the same time, a useful approach for listeners who prefer not to close off their ears.
It does not ensure awareness in every environment, so keep volume and surroundings in mind.
How the earhooks shape fit
OpenFit uses a flexible earhook with an ergonomic Ni-Ti alloy and an ultra-soft silicone cushion.
Those elements offer a clear picture of the fit approach, but ear shape and personal preference still matter; buyers should prioritize a return option if fit is uncertain.
Battery routine and water rating
Seven hours per charge, up to 28 hours with the case, and a five-minute charge for an hour of battery life make charging flexibility a strong part of the package.
The IP55 water-resistance rating is another specification to weigh; check the rating against the conditions you expect instead of assuming it suits every activity.
